Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges and returns are welcome on Lubdub Collection items within 20 days of shipment of item(s). Apparel items must be in new, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition.

All sale items, compression socks, and customized items including unit apparel* and items with sleeve credentials added are final sale. 

Returns: the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return to us and a refund will be provided to your previous method of payment within 5 days of arrival back to Lubdub Apparel.

Exchanges: Lubdub will cover the return shipping cost on exchanges of scrubs. For non-scrub related purchases, customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return to us and we will cover the cost to ship your new apparel piece back to you. Exchanges will be shipped within 5 days of arrival of exchanged item.

Gift Cards: Gift card returns can be requested within 20 days of purchase and must only be requested by the purchaser. Refund will be credited to the method of payment used to purchase the gift card only. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

*Unit Apparel (includes all Grad/Alumni orders): As all team orders are custom made to order and we provide detailed measurements of all garments in our Sizing Guide, all team apparel is final sale. If you have issues with your order despite following the sizing guide in detail, please contact us.

Yes! We have a warranty policy - the quality of your items matters to us.

Contact us if your apparel piece has a manufacturing issue and our team will assess for qualification of repair, partial refund, or in some cases, a replacement.

We will require unaltered images of the apparel item to initiate a warranty claim.

We are not responsible for any damage unrelated to manufacturing including regular wear and tear as well as warranty claims placed after one year of purchasing.

For regular price purchases made between Dec. 3 - Dec. 24th, exchanges and returns are welcome on Lubdub Collection gifts until January 17th, 2025.
