1. Is my order eligible for a return?

If you ordered from/a:

A Private Team Listing (includes all Grad/Alumni orders): As all team orders are custom made to order and we provide detailed measurements of all garments in our Sizing Guide, all team apparel is final sale. If you have issues with your order despite following the sizing guide in detail, please Contact Us

Lubdub Collection Pieces: Returns are welcome for applicable items within 20 days of shipment of item(s). Apparel items must be in new, unwashed, and unworn condition. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return and a refund will be provided to your previous method of payment within 5 days of arrival back to Lubdub Apparel. For exchanges, we will cover the cost to ship your new pieces back to you. Contact Us to initiate your return

Gift Cards: Gift card returns can be requested within 30 days of purchase and must only be requested by the purchaser. Refund will be credited to the method of payment used to purchase the gift card only. If you have received a gift card, they cannot be redeemed for cash.


2. My parcel is lost! Help?

If you ordered from:

A Private Team Listing (includes all Grad/Alumni orders): If your parcel was not included in the boxes we sent to your unit, you have up to 1 month of delivery to notify us. We cannot be held responsible for missing items after this time. We ask that you pick up your items from your unit within 31 days of delivery by your unit organizer. Contact Us if you are within the window and we will send you a new parcel right away!

Lubdub Collection Pieces: Please Contact Us if your tracked parcel did not arrive. As Canada Post provides details of the shipment, we ask that you submit a claim via Canada Post to inquire about a lost parcel. We will also submit a claim or our behalf to investigate. Please note that it can take some time for Canada Post to respond to claims we submit.

3. I received my order and there is an issue!

It's important to us that you receive the quality that we promised. If there are any quality issues with your order beyond regular wear and tear, and within 6 months or wearing, we will replace it.
