What do I have to do as the unit organizer?

We make it so that it's the easiest thing ever! You get to approve the designs we create for you and choose the apparel pieces and colors to offer your team. Everyone then orders individually from the website from a personal listing we create for you. We create a flyer for you to distribute to your team via email and/or social media. 6 weeks after the end of the ordering window, we ship all the pieces to your unit! What is the minimum order number required?

A minimum of 30 pieces in any variety of apparel styles and colors are required for Custom Unit Apparel orders. If you have a small team that could reach 15 pieces, we are happy to offer a discount off of our Lubdub Collection designs. Contact us if your team is smaller!

Do we get any perks?

Aside from the 20% off discount off your unit apparel, we also offer an automatic 15% off off one retail item for every unit piece ordered! Your team is able to order Lubdub favorites with their order at a discounted price.

I don't know what design we want! Help?

We do it all for you! You have the option to either:

A) Choose from one of our existing designs to customize with the text of your choice. We have MANY designs already created for a wide range of units that we can send to you!

B) Have us create a new graphic for your unit. Provide us with your vision for your unit and our in house designer will create a unique design for you!

What are the apparel options?

We can offer a variety of apparel styles including short sleeve t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, crew neck sweatshirts, and zip ups. Each style is available in various colours. The colour palette will depend on supplier availability.

What sizes do you carry?

Size inclusivity allows us to stand out amongst other companies. Most products have XS- 5XL sizes available and we have a thorough sizing guide to help guide ordering. We designate a staff member to personally help your coworkers in need of purchasing extended sizes.

What is the pricing like?

All group orders qualify for 20% off our regular pricing! Pricing is as follows for each apparel style, after the discount:
T-Shirts: $28 (Reg. $35)
Long Sleeve T-Shirts: $35.20 (Reg. $44)
Basic Crew Neck Sweatshirt: $41.60 (Reg. $52)
Zippered Pocket Crew Neck Sweatshirt: $54.40 (Reg. $69)
Zip Up Hoodies: $60 (Reg. $75)

What is the cost to ship our team's order?

It's Free! We ship all orders together to you or the unit. All pieces come individually packaged and organized in alphabetical order by first name for easy distribution. Need them shipped to each individual? Let us know in the inquiry form!

What is your exchange/return policy?

Due to the customized nature of unit orders, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. We do however, value your team's satisfaction so we welcome your team members reach out if any of them had any issues with their order.
