Scoops of Gratitude: Lubdub Apparel x Earnest Ice Cream

We partnered with Earnest Ice Cream in Vancouver for a giveback event to celebrate healthcare workers. The lineup started before the shop even opened and did not stop the whole time that we were there. Healthcare workers came by on lunch breaks, between shifts, and on their days off. Everyone grabbed a ticket, stepped inside, and walked out with a cone in hand and a few minutes to themselves. Nearly 500 people showed up, and the line never really slowed.

At Lubdub, we are always looking for ways to show appreciation for healthcare workers in ways that feel genuine. Partnering with Earnest made sense. They are local and community driven, which made the partnership feel like a natural fit.

The best part of the day was seeing the steady flow of people outside the shop. Conversations, laughter, and that mix of calm and chaos that makes these events so fun to be part of.

We are really grateful to the team at Earnest Ice Cream for hosting us and to every healthcare worker who came by. It felt like a celebration of community, and a reminder of how much connection can come from something as simple as a scoop of ice cream.
