Meet Luz
After 12 years as a bedside nurse, the heart of my work has always been people. It’s what led me into nursing, and it’s what now fuels my commitment to support the healthcare community in a new way.
I founded Lubdub to celebrate both the collective strength of medical teams and the individual pride each healthcare worker carries in their role. It’s a brand rooted in purpose, shaped by my own experience in healthcare, and built to help healthcare workers feel seen, connected, and proud of the roles they play.
Alongside that, we’re committed to giving back to the community in tangible ways—through events, gestures, and contributions that show appreciation for those who care for others every day.
While my role has changed, my purpose hasn’t—I’m proud to continue serving this incredible community in a new way.

The Lubdub Collective
The Lubdub Collective is our community hub — a space created to celebrate, support, and stand up for healthcare workers.
It brings together stories of gratitude, tools for advocacy, and updates on how we’re giving back, all rooted in the belief that when we honour healthcare workers, we strengthen the system that depends on them.
The Collective is built around four core pillars - Because of You Stories, Fundraiser Campaigns, Advocacy Tools, and Community Giveback
