What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
Products Eligible for Return
- Lubdub Retail items with no added customization
- Must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Apparel must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached.
Products Ineligible for Return (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Team Apparel: Any team-specific orders (including Grad/Alumni orders) with custom designs, non-standard colors, or special apparel styles — even if purchased individually under a team listing (e.g., “Foothills Hospital NICU”).
- Customized Items: Any products with added personalization such as sleeve text
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked final sale or titled as Clearance items

Compression Socks
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Worn, Washed, or Altered Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, items that are not in their original condition cannot be accepted.
How do I initiate a return?
Start your Return or Exchange through our Returns Portal.
Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back at Lubdub.
Exchanges: Exchanges are FREE. Once your return item is received, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.
