Shipping policy
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Lubdub Retail Collection:
All Lubdub apparel is made to order, just for you. This allows us to reduce waste and produce thoughtfully.
- Production: 5 business days
- Shipping (Canada): 3–9 business days
- International shipping times vary by destination
Shipping timelines do not include production time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Team Orders:
Orders placed through a Team Store, Unit Store, Grad Store, or Alumni Store are considered Team Orders — even if ordered and paid for individually.
- Production: 6 weeks after the end of the ordering window
- Shipping: 3- 9 business days
All shipping details are confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Can I edit my order?
We are typically unable to edit or modify an order after it has been placed. Please ensure to double check your cart prior to placing your order.
In rare circumstances, we might be able to make a change and this will ultimately be at our team's discretion.
What shipping methods are available?
Pick Up at our Calgary Office
We are happy to hold your parcel at our Calgary office for you to pick up. We are located just off of Barlow Trail and Memorial Drive SE
Standard Tracked Shipping - Regular Lubdub Retail Orders
Lubdub Retail Items are shipped within Canada via Canada Post or UPS and include tracking
Standard Tracked Shipping -Team Orders
Orders placed through a Team Store, Unit Store, Grad Store, or Alumni Store are considered Team Orders — even if ordered and paid for individually.
Shipping methods for Team Orders are pre-determined by the team organizer when the Team Store is set up and are shipped one of two ways:
- Group Shipping: Orders are shipped together to the team organizer for distribution
- Individual Shipping: Orders are shipped directly to each person’s mailing address
To confirm how your order will be delivered, please review your order confirmation email, which outlines your specific shipping method, which was pre-determined by your unit's organizer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Lubdub Retail Collection
Yes — we ship internationally, with the exception of the United States.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the U.S., except for select Mama Coach Apparel items.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Team Orders
International Team Orders are available depending on the group setup. Shipping availability, cost, and method are determined by the team organizer and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
May I track my order?
Lubdub Retail Collection
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the carrier.
Team Orders
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected by the team organizer. Your confirmation email will outline how your order is being shipped.
- If orders are shipped individually, tracking will be provided in a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.
- If orders are shipped together to the team organizer, the organizer will receive tracking information and will contact you once your order is ready for distribution
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Lubdub Retail Collection
While delays are uncommon, they can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. If your tracked retail order has not arrived, please contact us at callbell@hellolubdub.com
We may ask you to submit a claim directly with the carrier, and we will also submit a claim on our end to assist with the investigation. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for stolen items if the carrier provides photo-verified proof of delivery.
Team Orders
Team Orders that were shipped to a group organizer are delivered in bulk. If you believe your item was missing from a group delivery, please contact us within one month of delivery. After this time, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.
