Meeting the Minimum FAQs

How do I know if we could meet the 30-piece minimum?

Typically, if your unit has 30 or more people, you’ll have no trouble meeting the minimum. For smaller teams, we’ve found that if around 20 people are interested, you’ll likely still meet the requirement depending on how many items each person selects.

We know it’s not always easy to predict exact numbers, so just give it your best shot! If your team ends up significantly below the minimum, we’ll connect to discuss options—this might include converting it into a mini order or, in some cases, canceling the order entirely. We’re here to help guide you either way!

We’ve ordered before—do we still need to meet the 30-piece minimum?

We’d love to work with your team again! If you're using the same designs as your previous order, your minimum drops to just 10 pieces—easy!

That said, many returning teams still meet (or even exceed) their original order size, especially if you switch things up with new apparel colours or styles. A fresh look often sparks new interest from teammates who didn’t order last time.
