CycleBar Leaside x Lubdub Apparel

For Nurses Week, we hosted a giveback ride at CycleBar Leaside in Toronto. A chance for healthcare workers to take a break, move their bodies, and have some fun.

The energy was high from the start. The music was loud, the lights were low, and everyone came ready to ride. It wasn’t about performance or competition, just showing up, sweating it out, and enjoying something that felt good.

We covered the class for every participant as a thank-you to the nurses and healthcare workers who show up every day for everyone else. The room was full of laughter, effort, and the kind of shared energy that sticks with you long after the ride ends.

Big thanks to the team at CycleBar Leaside for hosting us and to everyone who came out to celebrate Nurses Week. It was a reminder of how much joy can come from giving people space to just be together.
