Mini Orders require a minimum of 15 items total in one order.

Absolutely — you can customize your design with the wording of your choice (ex. unit name, hospital, nickname, year, etc.).

For mini orders, we are able to offer one left chest design that is customized with your team's name or text of your choice.

If you would like to add a back design or sleeve design with text of your choice, let us know once we respond to your inquiry.

In many cases, yes! You can upload your logo/artwork in the form.

Please note the following artwork file requirements:

1. Preferred file types: .SVG, .PDF, .AI, .PNG, .PSD
2. Files should be ready to print as is. Non-vector based files (.PNG, .PSD) must have a transparent background. Recommended dimensions are 3000 px x 3000 px. Minimum dimensions are 1200 px x 1200 px.
3. Files provided by the client that do not have a transparent background and files that do not high enough image resolution can be digitized for a fee

Once your form is submitted, our Team Order Liaison, Marne, will email you to confirm we’ve received your design and answer any questions.

From there, we’ll begin customizing your design and send you a proof to review within 3–5 business days.

Need a change? You’re welcome to request a revision to the text or font. Revisions typically take an additional up to 3 business days.

Mini Orders are placed as one group order (one checkout). Each person can still choose their own size and style — the organizer just checks out once for the full group.

We recommend downloading this team order sheet to gather each member’s style, size, and colour before placing the order.

Mini Orders ship together to the mailing address entered at checkout. Each person’s order is packed individually and organized alphabetically for easy handout. Individual shipping isn’t available for Mini Orders.

Mini Orders have a 4 week turnaround time.

You’re welcome to place your order before your design is finalized, but production (and the 4-week timeline) begins once both are complete:

• You have approved your customized design with our team order liaison
• Your Mini Order is placed in one transaction.

Your order will ship 4 weeks after both steps are completed.
